  • Corissa McKallagat

    Dr. McKallagat purchased the Eyeglass Shop in early 2016. She has been practicing optometry locally for over 9 years, but it has always been her dream to establish her own practice in vibrant downtown Portsmouth. Dr. McKallagat is a Boston University graduate, after which she attended Dr. White’s alma mater, The New England College of Optometry. Dr. McKallagat is proud to be a New Hampshire native. She grew up in Atkinson and currently lives in Hampton. She enjoys spending her summer days at the beach, travelling to Kauai in the winter, as well as skiing and boating with her husband, two children, and her Golden Retriever.

  • Sheila White

    Dr. Sheila White received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1990 from the New England College of Optometry. She is one of the first in New Hampshire to have achieved American Board of Optometry Certification. Dr. White received the New England College of Optometry Clinical Excellence Award and was class Salutatorian. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Hampshire Optometric Association and an affiliate of the Maine Optometric Association. Dr. White enjoys the challenges of designing lenses for patients with unique and complex perscriptions. In addition to contact lenses, pre and post operative surgical care and treatment of ocular disease. Dr. White is dedicated to providing her patients with personal vision care in her state of the art facility. She continues to provide the best possible care for patients by keeping current with technological advancements. Dr. White is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Beta Sigma Kappa, the Lions Club, as well as Chamber of Commerce in Portsmouth, NH.
