All orders may take up to ten business days to be fully processed. Any given timelines by the associates are based off of their experience with real time turn around, but are not guaranteed. Any concern of cosmetic issues on the purchased item must be presented to an associate on the day of “pick-up” and are non-returnable once the item leaves store property. Issues with any visual acuity aspect of prescription eyewear may be corrected within 30 days of the original sale. Remaking the lenses may be subject to a new appointment, as determined by a store associate. Customers using VSP insurance to purchase prescription eyewear are allowed a 90 day timeline to have the lenses remade, due to any visual acuity issues. All returned products, prescription or otherwise, will be subject to a ten percent restocking fee. Any non-prescription items must not show any wear, or damage and are subject to denial of return by the store management. Specific items, such as, but not limited to, custom sunglass clip-ons, contact lenses, over the counter readers and exam fees are not available to return at any time after purchase. All exam fees and practices are not refundable after they are performed. Having insurance at the time of the exam does not guarantee coverage, and if denied, the patient or guardian of the patient will be held responsible for all exam fees. VSP insurance must be presented at the time of “check-out” and may not be accepted after the fact. Any services or products to be rebilled after the fact to VSP are subject to filing fees, billed from the office of The Eyeglass Shop.
